Mounting Options

Chair Mount

Chair mounting a display is an effective (almost essential) communication tool for the treatment room. Patient education and treatment planning whether that is showing digital x-rays, intra-oral images or videos on procedures are all made easier by the improved patient understanding achieved by visual communication.

Ceiling Mount

Ceiling mounts can work well when the monitor is used for patient entertainment as well as patient education. It allows the operator to move the monitor to the optimal position for various uses. Ceiling mounts are also a good solution where there is no provision for cabling under the floor, or on models of dental chairs that do not have a monitor mount option.

Bench Mount

As an alternative to the ceiling mount you could consider a bench mount. A bench mounted display positioned on the treatment room side bench may be a good alternative for a second display that can be viewed by the patient while seated in the dental chair. Bench mounts are an economical solution when there is no provision for cabling under the floor, or on models of dental chairs that do not have a monitor mount option.
