- Spend $0 – $99 shipping cost is $15.99
- Spend $100 – $249 shipping cost is $9.99
- Spend $250+ shipping cost is FREE
Need something urgent? Contact us on (08) 8177 0600 and we can expedite your shipment with direct couriers or via a sales team member.
Processing time:
For stocked items, if you place your order by 11am (Aust Central Time) the order will be shipped same day. Orders after 11am will still likely ship same day, but not guaranteed. As always, if you need it asap just note it on the order or let us know.

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to select the correct product and occasionally you may need to request a return or exchange. We are here to help you select the correct product, answer your questions and make sure you get what you need.
To enquire about returning a product purchased on-line please contact us on (08) 8177 0600 or at sales@dentalconcepts.com.au. To be eligible for return the item must be unused, and in its original packaging. Returns can be requested within 7 days after delivery.
