Dental Concepts is a leader in the dental service industry with 30 years of experience and a team of qualified Class A Electricians. These qualified trades people are factory trained and accredited to service and repair the equipment that we supply.
Our service technicians pride themselves on a fully equipped specialist workshop and a fleet of service vehicles enabling us to deliver you fast and efficient service when it is needed. For your peace of mind and to ensure efficiency we have a fully accredited Workplace Health and Safety system that protects your staff and ours.

Priority Plus
Our Priority Plus service program is our premium dental equipment service option.
The program is designed to help you reduce costs while making the most of your equipment, through a comprehensive preventative maintenance service. This will reduce the business impact of equipment failures by minimising their occurrence. It will also reduce the loss of revenue that can be a result of equipment failure and downtime. Our support and technical staff respond to unforeseen issues or emergency breakdowns with a preferential allocation of labour.

Preventative Maintenance
Scheduled preventative maintenance assists in ensuring your equipment works when you want it to work. We offer annual preventative maintenance for a large range of dental equipment
Annual recalls
We offer our clients a recall notification system for annual maintenance so that they don’t need to keep track of when each piece of equipment is due for servicing. Participants in our recall system receive service reminders automatically.
Performance Qualification
Sterilisers are vital to the operation of your practice. All of our technicians are fully qualified to service, calibrate, and validate your autoclave. Our state of the art test equipment means that you will be able to use the autoclave straight away after this service. You will also receive a full set of documentation for your records.

Our Administrator Team
The administration team are the force behind our service technicians. They play an important role in problem solving and resource allocation and are dedicated in solving problems and impeccable customer service. They can schedule a service technician to visit you based on the urgency of the issue to fit in with your patient schedule. Our administration team can also track any equipment repairs in our workshop.
Hand Piece Repairs
Dental Concepts are fully equipped hand piece repair workshop and we are dedicated to hand piece service and repairs. We only use genuine spare parts and our hand piece technicians are factory trained and accredited. Your hand pieces are fixed here in South Australia saving you time and money, send your hand piece reapirs to us and we will have a quote to you within 24 hours.
Equipment Repairs
Equipment servicing and repairs are conducted on site when applicable. Repairs not conducted on site are conducted in our specialised workshop. We stock a vast quantity of spare parts, specialise tools and test equipment to ensure that your equipment is back up and running in the shortest time possible.
Emergency Breakdowns
There are certain pieces of equipment that can stop your practice in its tracks.
If you have an urgent issue we prioritise your repair and allocate or divert a technician to your practice within as short period of time. We understand the urgency of equipment failure and we are dedicated to responding accordingly.
If your equipment failure is vital to your operation we have an array of rental equipment that will keep you up and running. These units will not only get you out of trouble, but keep your practice operating and seeing patients as if you never experienced an issue.

Installation
Our installations make use of multiple staff and vehicles to maximise efficiency. We leave your site clean and tidy and free from rubbish. Your new equipment is the only visible sign that we have been there.

In Service Training
A detailed equipment training session is given for all equipment that we install. Our comprehensive equipment training helps you get the most out of your new equipment.
