Our Priority Plus service program is our premium dental equipment service option. Scheduled preventative maintenance assists in ensuring your equipment works when you want it to work. We offer annual preventative maintenance for a large range of dental equipment.
Autoclave Calibration & Validation
Sterilisers are vital to the operation of your practice. All of our technicians are fully qualified to service, calibrate, and validate your autoclave. Our state of the art test equipment means that you will be able to use the autoclave straight away after this service. You will also receive a full set of documentation for your records.
We offer our clients a recall notification system for annual maintenance so that they don’t need to keep track of when each piece of equipment is due for servicing. Participants in our recall system receive service reminders automatically.

The administration team are the force behind our service technicians. They play an important role in problem solving and resource allocation and are dedicated in solving problems and impeccable customer service. They can schedule a service technician to visit you based on the urgency of the issue to fit in with your patient schedule. Our administration team can also track any equipment repairs in our workshop.
Equipment servicing and repairs are conducted on site when applicable. Repairs not conducted on site are conducted in our specialised workshop. We stock a vast quantity of spare parts, specialise tools and test equipment to ensure that your equipment is back up and running in the shortest time possible.
Hand Piece Repairs
Dental Concepts are fully equipped hand piece repair workshop and we are dedicated to hand piece service and repairs. We only use genuine spare parts and our hand piece technicians are factory trained and accredited. Your hand pieces are fixed here in South Australia saving you time and money, send your hand piece reapirs to us and we will have a quote to you within 24 hours.
Our equipment installations are smooth and hassle free, they follow a system designed to ensure efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction. There is a great deal of planning that goes into every equipment installation that we undertake. We leave nothing to chance and follow our tested system.

Pre-Installation Equipment Checks
We track your equipment purchase and allocate existing stock and check that everything is on hand for pre-installation assembly.

We pre-assemble sections of your equipment to reduce the installation time on site and equally reduce your surgery downtime.

In Service Training
A detailed equipment training session is given for all equipment that we install. Our comprehensive equipment training helps you get the most out of your new equipment.
